Your New Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Procurement Operations, you will provide end-to-end procurement support across all programs within the organisation. This is a fast-paced, transactionally focused role, with involvement in sourcing activities including approach to market, negotiations, source selection and supplier relationship management.

  • Investigate and resolve invoicing queries and issues.

  • Manage supplier onboarding and due diligence requirements, develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions.

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact

With your education and practical experience, you will demonstrate a proactive approach, with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and build relationships to achieve Leidos’ objectives.

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience across the procurement lifecycle, including experience in a high-paced environment and, ideally, in a similar role within IT/Defence.

  • Experience using financial systems, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with competing demands, apply intermediate problem-solving skills, and demonstrate intermediate planning and organisational capability with high attention to detail.

Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application. We’re most interested in your strengths, what you want to learn and how far you want to go.
