  • Provide governance insight through performance reporting, trend analysis, risk identification and executive-level commentary

  • Maintain governance oversight of compliance, documentation quality, backlogs, gaps, exemptions and contract change recommendations across the program lifecycle

  • Build strong relationships and coordinate across engineering, security, sustainment and subcontractor teams to ensure consistent, contract-aligned governance execution

  • Proven governance, reporting or PMO leadership experience within complex ICT programs or service environments

  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret multi-source performance data and translate insights into executive-level reporting

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating senior governance forums, including preparation of agendas, papers, minutes, registers and decision logs

  • Working knowledge of regulated compliance environments (e.g. ASDEFCON, ISM, risk and performance management frameworks)

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multi-vendor and multidisciplinary environments

  • Highly organised, resilient and detail-focused, with a commitment to transparency, accuracy and contractual compliance
