Leidos’ Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a Electronics Mfg PM Manager to guide and oversee the Program Management department.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads Electronics Program Management team
  • Directly involved with staffing teams to ensure capability and capacity within the team
  • Defines, implements, and manages a standardized Electronics Manufacturing Program Management Approach
  • Candidate will have direct involvement with NPI and leading teams
  • Support Program Managers as they provide status updates to program teams and leadership
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure success of the program schedule and cost objectives
  • Lead continuous improvements projects within the Program Management team
  • Provide hands-on Subject Matter Expertise in all facets of the program execution
  • Tracks and provides input for training to ensure a capable workforce
  • Identify key measurable objectives for PM team success
  • Provide consolidated program labor requirements, and consolidated work product demand forecast
  • Communicate with scheduling and production control team to execute weekly and monthly program schedules

Basic Qualifications

  • Typically requires a BA/BS 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires 2+ years of experience supervising teams (or leading projects)
  • Ability to multi-task, interact, and succeed with multiple customers and stakeholders with varying expectations and requirements
  • Hands-on technical experience with Product Life Management, Configuration Management, and Enterprise Resource database management systems, interface tools, and reporting
  • Experience to manage and organize complicated and diverse scopes of work to ensure successful program execution
  • Must be a US Citizen and possess or meet the eligibility to obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electronics manufacturing process (PCBAs, Cables, Electro-Mechanical Assemblies)
  • Experience assemblies used on launch vehicles, targets, or missile components
  • Experience working in a mid to high volume manufacturing environment
  • Broad management and leadership knowledge

Pay Range:

Pay Range $139,100.00 - $251,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
