Leidos is seeking a Project Integrator for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. This is a hybrid roll where you will be the Project Manager/Systems Integrator. This position is in a high visibility area and requires you to wear hats that maybe you didn’t plan to wear that day. In this position, you will provide technical program management expertise across the full acquisition lifecycle, helping to identify, integrate, and evaluate emerging technologies while ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic priorities. You will work closely with government leadership, technical stakeholders, and interagency partners to shape innovative solutions from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Lifecycle Management
  • Develop and maintain project plans, program requirements, and supporting documentation to ensure they align with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate across service teams to manage dependencies and ensure consistent progress toward goals
  • Track, record, and report the status of action items to ensure timely execution and accountability.
  • Support internal office operations and business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This includes supporting the Requirements Review Board (RRB) by coordinating requirement validation and traceability -Ability to use JIRA, confluence and other program tools to track project status, and provide clear visibility into progress
  • Facilitate technical exchanges, kickoff meetings, and cross-team collaborations in support of project success.
  • Coordinate project management efforts including strategy, requirements decomposition and delivery tracking

Technology Integration & Innovation:

  • Canvass mission partners to identify new and emerging technologies that enhance exercise, experiment, and demonstration participation within the current platform.
  • Analyze and integrate new concepts and technical capabilities into existing planning efforts.

Technical & Analytical Support:

  • Assist in developing alternatives, prototypes, evaluations, briefings, and work breakdown structures in support of office requirements and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver analytical studies, reports, briefings, and other written and oral communications for technical and leadership audiences.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate updates and changes to internal and external websites
  • Provide additional support functions as required to ensure efficient operation of the Program Office.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
  • Desired Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Background in entitlements or access control programs (e.g. ICAM)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
