Leidos is currently looking for a Field Operations Engineer. This position is responsible for the configuration of security systems (IP cameras & servers) and IT networks to support perimeter countermeasures..

The scope of work will include:

• Supporting a network topology and infrastructure (camera, cabling, and conduit installation) that will be used for all the security devices to communicate.
• Configuring security devices to communicate and operate at the specifications requested by the customer.
• Assist with building custom solutions using COTS equipment to meet high security, high threat customer requests.

Required Qualifications:

• Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Must have demonstrated experience configuring, and administering CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter/Residential/Commercial Intrusion Detection, and intercom systems.
• Must have demonstrated experience in fiber optic network installation and configuration (switches, routers, wireless).
• Applicant must be capable of apprehending and implementing the following accepted industry standards and methodology (Information Technology/Networking, Structural, Electrical, and Infrastructure Cabling).
• Security Clearance Requirement; must have an active Secret clearance at a minimum and capable of obtaining a Top Secret in order to be considered for this position.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
