Intern – Procurement Generalist

Labcorp is seeking a Procurement Generalist Intern to join our team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• This internship offers a unique opportunity for a Supply Chain Management student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic regional biopharmaceutical environment. The intern will be exposed to end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, procurement, and invoicing.
• Assist in daily supply chain operations including inventory tracking, order processing, and vendor coordination.
• Support procurement activities such as new vendor setup/updates, reviewing quotations, approving requisitions, generate report for procurement analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and payment issues with vendors.
• Participate in the **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**for the upcoming Oracle Cloud Fusion new system implementation.
• Learn, explore and develop AI/Copilot prompts to enhance procurement efficiency and automation.
• Develop problem-solving skills in operational and financial contexts.
• Learn how AI tools can be applied to streamline procurement workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management.

Additional Job Standards:

• Good knowledge and understanding of procurement and customer service.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Bi
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
• Preference will be given to credit-bearing internship candidates who are able to commit to a minimum duration of 22 weeks.
