Supply Planning

  • Develop monthly production plan and rolling 12 months forecast to align with vendors
  • Coordinate with MSL team and vendors on weekly planning adjustment
  • Assess vendor capacity and material availability, identify potential supply risks and trigger alerts

PO Management

  • PR/PO execution in SAP
  • Monitor vendor production and FG delivery progress
  • Implement vendor differentiated production frequency and RPM purchase strategy based on FG ABC classification

Inventory Management

  • Monitor vendor inventory levels and provide SLOB analysis
  • Validate DC plan and coordinate material destruction

New Launch Coordination

  • Create new vendor / new code and maintain master data in SAP
  • Define supply chain Spec with vendors
  • Review retro plan and follow up mass production

Data Analytics and Vendor Management

  • Main KPI dashboard
  • Conduct root cause analysis for major deviations and propose improvement action plan
  • Regular on-line meeting and on-site visit on vendors to review performance

Qualifications

  • Extensive working experience in Supply Chain
  • Proficient in Excel and strong data analysis skills
  • Interpersonal and cross functional communication skills
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (writing and speaking)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be preferred
  • Working location mobility
