Regional Retail Manager - 1 Year Contract
Salon Centric is the premier national distributor of salon professional products in the U.S. Created by L’Oréal USA in 2008, with 585 Salon Centric stores and 260 StateǀRDA stores in the US. Today, Salon Centric is expanding in Canada, with its first presence in Ontario (2023), British Columbia (2024), and Quebec (2025).

Role Responsibilities:
Grow and Empower People:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Store Managers
- Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development across your stores. Foster a values-driven culture grounded in inclusion, integrity, and performance
Build a Customer-Focused Business:
- Champion the customer experience by ensuring consistency in service and brand standards
- Use customer insights and feedback to shape strategies that deepen loyalty and retention
- Support and model community engagement and grassroots marketing efforts
Lead Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all stores deliver on operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand experience
- Implement systems and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across locations
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Demonstrate Financial Performance:
- Manage regional P&L, optimize scheduling and payroll, and analyze performance data to drive sales and profitability
- Partner with Store Managers to develop and execute business plans aligned with KPIs and company goals
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve conversion, AUS, and other key metrics
What we are looking for
- 10 + years in multi-site management experience within in a retail industry
- Solid understanding of sales analysis and financial management
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and manage varying stakeholder requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the cultivation and enhancement of the customer experience
- Experience in coaching and developing staff and the ability to drive commercial outcomes, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
- Demonstrated ability to utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
- Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly between stores within your region
- Computer literacy encompassing strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Salary $77,000 - $105,000 + Bonus eligible
