YOUR PROFILE: SCIENTIFIC EXPERTISE AT THE SERVICE OF HEALTH
- Education: University degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Health Sciences) required to master our formulas and engage with medical experts.
- Experience: Minimum1 year of hands-on experience in "on-the-road" medical sales.
- Location: You must reside in Quebec City or the surrounding Bas-Saint-Laurent area to ensure optimal territory coverage.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission is to increase brand prescription and recommendation among healthcare professionals within your territory:
- Scientific Promotion: Visit targeted physicians to present our innovations and associated pathologies (acne, eczema, etc.), focusing on clinical evidence and technical features.
- Strategy Execution: Maintain target coverage and visit frequency, utilize digital/promotional tools, and represent the Division at medical congresses.
- Commercial Synergy: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure product availability in pharmacies located near your prescribers.
- Analysis & Performance: Monitor territory KPIs, manage CRM data, and adjust action plans to optimize local impact.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external ethical standards and report any adverse side effects to cosmetovigilance.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Medical Detailing: Ability to build interactive, personalized dialogues with physicians and effectively handle objections.
- Scientific Knowledge: Deep understanding of skin/hair physio-pathologies and clinical product benefits.
- Territory Entrepreneurship: High level of autonomy, strategic geographic organization, and ROI-driven mindset.
