【岗位职责】

1.课程开发与体系搭建

搭建并持续完善品牌线上美容顾问专属培训体系，制定年度/季度培训计划；调研业务端与学员培训需求，结合前沿护肤/彩妆科学、产品作用机理，转化为线上美容顾问可直接复用的消费者沟通语言，设计、开发及迭代培训课程与资料。

2.培训落地与赋能

聚焦线上美容顾问核心能力提升，开展针对性培训实施工作，覆盖产品知识、皮肤学基础、彩妆技巧、线上销售话术、消费者沟通技巧等核心内容，保障培训效果落地。

3.问题闭环与话术沉淀

负责售前售后核心产品相关问题答疑、汇总与闭环处理；提炼高频问题，输出统一标准化答疑话术并开展内部培训，赋能线上美容顾问高效响应消费者需求。

【任职要求】

1.统招本科学历，3年以上培训经验，有高端美妆/皮肤学品牌/电商/零售实战背景者优先；

2.形象气质佳，具备良好的沟通表达和统筹协调能力；

3.抗压性强，能快速适配电商大促高强度培训节奏与突发需求。
