岗位职责：为客户提供专业的品牌咨询服务及卓越的用户体验，完成销售目标。

生意管理

业绩--达成公司设定的各项销售目标。

服务--运用一定的销售技巧，提供合适的产品，专业且个性化的体验，满足消费者的期待

消费者--360°维护好与消费者关系，做好新客招募，提高消费者忠诚度。

与百货/商场工作人员良好合作。

了解美妆市场趋势，掌握竞品情况。

掌握品牌与品类知识（护肤知识、化妆技巧、香水知识）

销售与运营，发现客户需求并提供个性化咨询服务，推荐适合的产品并配合客户进行产品体验

代表品牌形象提供良好的服务态度和售后服务。熟知客户概况，及时联系与关心客户（同理心和沟通技巧）

运营管理

能够执行完成柜长分配的日常性工作如：陈列，清洁，盘点等，确保门店/柜台财产安全。

掌握相关零售系统，美妆设备，数字化工具的使用。

规定遵守公司合规政策，维护品牌形象。

能力要求

掌握品牌知识、产品知识

贯彻品牌文化/价值观

了解美妆市场及消费者趋势

了解公司及品牌政策和流程

熟悉数字化工具的使用
