WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the category business or innovation in line with purchasing strategies and policies considering business risks
• Manage strategic projects that will increase performance Monitor purchasing performance
• Optimize cost, build cost forecast
• Validate budget assumptions with decisional stakeholders
• Define purchasing strategy
• Define the best-suited supplier portfolio for a division or a category
• Master L'Oréal accountancy rules, analyze the supplier P&L according to internal control principles and legal rules in order to negotiate complex contracts or commercial agreements
• Cooperate with highly passionate and innovative teams
• Maximize supplier and stakeholder relationship with improving or developing a long-term vision of portfolio strategy.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• 4 years’ university degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement field, FMCG experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills Driving license (B)- Active, able to travel
