The Role:

As Sourcing Buyer (m/f/d) you will strategically develop sourcing across diverse indirect purchasing categories, driving cost optimization and compliance. You will be responsible for strategic sourcing activities, purchasing category management and supplier relationship management. You integrate sustainability as part of your day-to-day activities. Your purpose is to foster innovation and efficiency, trough robust stakeholders' relationship management contributing to L'Oréal's future.

Your Tasks:

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop, conduct tenders and implement strategic sourcing for key categories.
  • Supplier Management: Lead the full lifecycle of supplier relationships.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify savings, optimize budget/ financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Consulting: Strengthen internal and external partnerships.
  • Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure risk management while integrating L'Oréal For The Future agenda.

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years Purchasing experience (FMCG), with focus on Indirect.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management & teamwork skills.
  • Strong Negotiation skills & contract management.
  • High Financial Accountability & analytical thinking.
  • Sustainability Commitment, fluent English & German. French is a plus
