WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define and execute the country physical distribution and fulfillment strategy in line with Country Business Objectives and Group Supply Chain standards
• Lead, develop, and engage teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee all logistics operations : inbound transport, customs, warehousing, co-packing, transport, returns, value-added services and customer & direct consumer deliveries
• Govern 3PL partners through SLAs, KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement
• Drive service excellence by improving lead times, delivery performance and consumer experience
• Manage Logistics Operating budgets and CAPEX, optimizing cost-to-serve and productivity
• Lead transformation initiatives including automation, capacity planning, operational optimization and traceability
• Ensure full compliance with quality, health & safety, environmental standards, and local regulations
• Drive sustainability initiatives to minimize operations CO2 emissions and waste
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and key customers to ensure end-to-end execution

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• 4 years’ university degree
• At least 10 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain functions is required, including significant hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing, and transportation functions
• Team management experience
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Open minded, can effectively collaborate with internal and external expert communities
• Good communication & Negotiation skills
• Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in English
