Job Title: R&I/SRC (Safety Regulatory Affairs & Claims) - Executive Assistant (1 Year Contract)
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Your key responsibilities will be to:

Take care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, reception of calls, organization of business travel, entering receipts for expenses, processing mail, preparing responses, orders for office equipment, PO setup, etc.

Check emails daily in order to act/alert if required. Manage confidentially.

Organize and coordinates the manager's activities. Gathers, communicates, and dispatches information throughout the team, including booking meeting rooms

Assist in coordinating the arrival of new employees (transfer files, FIT course planning, IT and telephone requests, etc.) within team.

Put together and maintains files and aids for internal and external meetings, and drafts reports on some team meetings
-
Assist in some regular tasks and analysis from Scientific Director / R&I Korea VP (internal communication and regular/standardized report).

Work in close collaboration with Zone assistants (calendar management, meeting and visit preparation).

If necessary, works in partnership and shares some of her assistantship activities with another assistant.

Assist to coordinate and prepare for team meetings/events/workshops/townhalls/celebrations
-
Partially support the CMI/CCC Director with minor administrative tasks (expenses, occasional travel/scheduling).

This Position invovles dual-reporting: 80% dedicated to the R&I/SRC Director and 20% to the CMI/CCC Director for minor administrative tasks and ad-hoc support.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Years of experience: 3-6 years of experience as Executive Assistant
- At least 3 years’ experience in assisting Management Committee Member (Director, Country Manager, General Manager etc.)
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook.
- Fluent in both Korean English (Spoken & Written)
