A Day in the Life
As a Retail Activation Coordinator within our L'Oréal Luxe division in Montreal, you will be an essential pillar for the sales team. You will act as the strategic bridge between our office teams and our experts in the field, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of our commercial activations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Commercial Tools Management: Drive the entire request process for the division, manage the allocation of testers and sales tools, and ensure our resource platforms are kept up to date.
- Communication Management: Centralize and distribute key information through a weekly "One-Luxe" communication, ensuring compliance with our standards of excellence for launches, promotions, and events.
- Sales Contest Coordination: Develop, communicate, and track sales contests, from concept validation to budget management and reward distribution.
- Excellence Program Support: Support the brand ambassador program by ensuring effective communication with our partner agency and producing performance reports.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with a great sense of organization and a drive for process optimization. Your ability to collaborate with various departments and your attention to detail will be crucial to succeed in this role.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Excellent command of IT systems, including SAP and the MS Office suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- An analytical mindset and an ease with working with data.
- A sensitivity for the retail world and a commitment to supporting business performance.
