I am an incoming Tier 2 consulting firm (front-end) from a Tier 1 Indian UG institution. Can’t reveal the firm name, but it’s one of the following: Kearney, L.E.K. Consulting, Strategy&, Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur D. Little, Monitor Deloitte, and EY-Parthenon. I would be ready to take a position downgrade but can anybody help me understand how lateral hiring works for McKinsey’s Senior Business Analyst position or BCG’s Senior Associate position?
