How you create impact
To act as a strategic partner to the business units aligning initiatives with the organization's goals and objectives within the US. The role involves working closely with business leaders, supporting national BP, driving talent management, and fostering a positive work culture. The Business Partner will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance business performance and employee engagement across the US.
Strategic Partnership:
- Close collaboration with global business leaders to align strategy with the business goals for the BU.
- Adopt and drive the implementation of global initiatives.
- Drive focused projects linking to KN Strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement and market growth.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Adopt and implement global strategic initiatives of Total Rewards and Talent Development for BUs.
- Drive talent management and succession planning processes for respective areas.
- Identify and nurture key talents.
- Ensure market competitive compensation and rewards structure to attract and retain key employees.
Change Management:
- Partner with Global Talent Development on the creation and drive the implementation of change processes and reorganizations.
- Promote a positive corporate culture and employee retention.
Support for National Business Partners:
- Provide guidance and support to national BPs on operational-related matters within the business areas.
- Engage BPs to implement efficiencies initiatives in the countries.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and analyze reports and KPIs to support business decisions.
- Use data to identify trends and recommend appropriate actions.
Compliance and Labor Law:
- Foster a culture of compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with local HRBP and external consultants to resolve legal issues as needed.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Proven ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Strong background in talent management and succession planning
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational development
- Solid understanding of compensation structures and rewards programs
- Proficient in analyzing HR data and metrics to support decision-making
- Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and compliance requirements
