As a trusted logistics partner for pharma, biotech and life sciences for over 40 years, QuickSTAT has delivered hope and health to every corner of the globe. When you work at QuickSTAT, you play a key role in supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies in launching innovative personalized medicines, and partnering with hospitals and donor organizations to transport human organs, blood, and tissue. We ensure each delivery makes a meaningful difference.
How you create impact

This role requires extraordinary leadership; the ability to inspire teams, shape culture, and deliver results in complex, fast‑moving environments.
You will be required to skillfully balance flexibility, strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management, while consistently translating business requirements into fit‑for‑purpose, high‑impact solutions. You will foster collaboration and alignment across the business unit, modelling the leadership behaviors expected at the executive level and creating an environment where teams can excel.
- Define and execute QuickSTAT’s long‑term strategy, ensuring alignment with group priorities and market opportunities
- Oversee end‑to‑end operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across all functions
- Lead financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Deliver on quarterly RFC and annual target with respect to key company KPI’s, including but not limited to gross profit, and net profit
- Build, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams; cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion
- Partner with product, finance, HR, marketing, and technology leaders to drive integrated execution
- Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions
- Lead transformation initiatives, champion organizational agility, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity
- Represent QuickSTAT to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and key customers.
What we would like you to bring
Visionary Thinking: Sees around corners, anticipates disruption, and sets a bold direction

Culture Building: Creates an environment where people do the best work of their careers
Resilience & Adaptability: Leads with steadiness through uncertainty, pressure, and change
Enterprise Mindset: Prioritizes what’s best for the business, not just areas of the business
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustained business results
- Proven success leading large, complex teams across multiple functions and geographies
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses in dynamic and competitive markets
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels

- Advanced degree preferred
