Your Role:

The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and various departments involved in day-to-day operations, including order management and the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).

The goal of the internship is to provide hands-on training, gradually increase autonomy and responsibility.

Main Responsabilities:

• Support daily operations, monitoring orders’ progress
• Analyze data and KPIs to improve operations’ performance
• Investigate and follow up on customer queries and complaints
• Work closely with the warehouse team and other internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Skills:
• Master’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced skills in Excel and MS office tools
• Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work both in a team and independently, with flexibility and initiative
• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Production Environment will be considered a plus
• Fluent in Italian, advanced in English
• Job Location is Mantova (MN)
