As a Telesales Representative, you will focus on selling freight forwarding services while providing excellent support to current Kuehne+Nagel clients and securing new business.

How you create impact

• Address client inquiries (via phone and e-mail), resolve issues, and ensure swift customer satisfaction.

• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities/customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

• Process quotation requests accurately and promptly.

• Maintain and update customer internal records using company software.

What we would like you to bring

• Academic background in Transport and Logistics is a plus.

• Experience in a similar role preferred (full on-the-job training and sponsorships available).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Autonomous and proactive nature, target-driven attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to foster a service-oriented culture.

• Fluency in English (written and verbal). Other languages are a plus (e.g. Maltese, Italian).
