In this IT role, you will be responsible to ensure the proper functioning of CL IT Distribution solutions with focus on all TMS applications (Centiro, OTM, Contro Log and all surrounding systems) for implementation and ongoing projects via configuration, system and data quality assurance, systems performance reporting, and training of the users to achieve CL IT business objectives.. How you create impact

• Configuration and testing of TMS applications
• Aligning with system providers and IT standards about (new) modules
• Defining Standards Roadmap together with FD lead
• Support the execution of interface mappings and data flow between K+N & Business Partners
• Preparation of various reports or data analysis with different tools
• Observing and maintaining data quality
• Supporting Implementation Projects as a team member
• Support with SOPs creation for applications integrated
• Analyze functional gaps, review RFQ and preparation FRS for developments
• Training and keeping the technical knowledge for applications users
• Identify problems and analyze customer/operational needs and offer solutions

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Contract Logistics transportation
• Experience with Transport Management Systems as key user or super user
• Analytical and logical method of working with a very structured approach and follow-up
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Ability to translate technical topics into “understandable” words for non-IT employee and vice-versa
• Excellent skills in MS Office, SQL knowledge is a plus
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Degree in Logistics, Computer Science is a plus
• Contract Logistics operational experience or exposure is an advantage
• Experience with Centiro as parcel application and OTM is an advantage
• Experience to define EDI integration is a plus
