Enhance the control tower job scope with GPS Monitoring system. Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-toend Trucking Operation Monitoring System in the Logistic.

How you create impact

Real Time Monitoring:
. Track and monitoring trucking operation, including shipments, routes, pickup and delivery schedules.
. Use GPS and tracking system to ensure real-time visibility of Fleet movement.

Exception Management:
. Identify and resolve delays, route deviation or issue in the transportation process
. Communicate with drivers, Customers and stake holder to address and resolve problem promptly.

Coordination:
. Act as a central point of contact for drivers, Customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operation

Reporting and Analysis:
. Generate daily report on trucking schedule planned, to ensure on-time pick up and delivery with truck movement monitoring,
. Truck speeding monitoring
. Geofencing Monitoring
. Idling and parking
. Power cut and SOS
. Fuel level and Battery level alarming
. Data missing
. Rest and Fatigue
. Truck Parking

Customer Service
. Provide update to Customer and Internal Team regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
. Handle Customer inquiries and complaints related to transportation services

Compliance and Safety:
. Ensure compliance with Transportation regulation and company policies
. Monitor driver behavior and adherence to safety protocols.

Process Improvement:
. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
. Collaborate with team to develop best practices for trucking operation.
. Maintain good 5S at workplace
. Guide drivers on any incident and accident as first focal point and first aid – follow emergency escalation SOP,
. Time to time update control tower phone contact details
. Keep track and advice drivers on TMS closure on time
. CCTV monitoring and escalate on any abnormality
. Observe, Guide and escalate on trucks and drivers for Key,
. Cards and Phone take and return to parking Lot Security 

What we would like you to bring

- Diploma in any field – priority in Logistic
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Logistic - Transport
- Fresh Graduate Consider – upon Interview on Candidate
- Computer knowledgeable – Microsoft skills, Excel and Outlook
- Communication: Good spoken and written: English and Malay
- Good Team Player and Good communication
