To independently represent Quick International Couriers on the client’s premises, ensuring seamless on-site operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with cold chain and service requirements.
How you create impact
- Deliver high-quality service with strong communication, understanding customer and supplier requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Manage warehouse and cold chain operations, including stock control, temperature-controlled packaging, H&S compliance, cleanliness, and restocking of fridges/freezers.
- Process and manage consignment orders end-to-end via QuickOnline, including routing, service classification, deadlines, and green-light approvals.
- Provide proactive shipment visibility through tracking, milestone updates, alarms (SPA), and follow-ups on delays, PODs, and charges.
- Collaborate closely with Pricing and CRM teams to support quotations, resolve enquiries, and ensure full compliance with company policies
What we would like you to bring
- Hands-on warehouse experience with a solid understanding of warehouse flows, processes, and safe equipment handling (e.g. forklifts).
- Experience or exposure to temperature-controlled or cold-chain environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and organisational skills to manage current and upcoming workloads.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to suggest improvements and support operational excellence.
- Comfortable using computer systems and standard office applications.
