When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. But that is not all. To independently represent Quick International Couriers on the client’s premises, ensuring seamless on-site operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with cold chain and service requirements.

How you create impact

  • Deliver high-quality service with strong communication, understanding customer and supplier requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Manage warehouse and cold chain operations, including stock control, temperature-controlled packaging, H&S compliance, cleanliness, and restocking of fridges/freezers.
  • Process and manage consignment orders end-to-end via QuickOnline, including routing, service classification, deadlines, and green-light approvals.
  • Provide proactive shipment visibility through tracking, milestone updates, alarms (SPA), and follow-ups on delays, PODs, and charges.
  • Collaborate closely with Pricing and CRM teams to support quotations, resolve enquiries, and ensure full compliance with company policies

What we would like you to bring

  • Hands-on warehouse experience with a solid understanding of warehouse flows, processes, and safe equipment handling (e.g. forklifts).
  • Experience or exposure to temperature-controlled or cold-chain environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and organisational skills to manage current and upcoming workloads.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to suggest improvements and support operational excellence.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and standard office applications.
