This role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely preparation, submission, and tracking of export-related documents in compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements. 

How you create impact

• Manage end-to-end export documentation for Sea Logistics shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission.
• Prepare, review, and submit shipping manifests, carrier, and transport-related documents.
• Upload and manage documentation across internal systems and customer platforms, providing timely updates to customers.
• Perform daily document checks and quality verification to ensure compliance with operational and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, including daily and weekly documentation and shipment logs.
• Proactively follow up with internal teams, carriers, and external stakeholders to meet documentation timelines.
• Provide operational support during weekends or peak periods when required to ensure continuity of service.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sea Logistics or Export Documentation role.
• Mandatory background in freight forwarding operations.
• Strong understanding of export documentation processes and shipping workflows.
• Experience working with multiple systems, including logistics platforms and customer portals.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. 
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to provide weekend support when required.
• Team-oriented mindset with good coordination and communication skills.
