The Hub Manager is responsible for leading the Project Logistics Hub across all operational disciplines, ensuring the highest levels of safety awareness, operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role uses systems and performance data to drive continuous improvement, ensuring the hub is efficiently staffed, professionally managed, and operated safely at all times.
How you create impact
- Lead end-to-end hub operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant daily execution.
- Maintain and analyze daily operational dashboards to track performance and productivity.
- Ensure all staff are fully trained on Project Logistics systems, processes, and safety standards.
- Monitor production levels and conduct ongoing workforce and productivity planning.
- Coordinate and prioritize freight movements in close collaboration with operations managers and branches.
- Drive strict adherence to QSHE standards, warehouse procedures, and corporate policies.
- Oversee bonded facilities, equipment maintenance, inventory accuracy, and warehouse floor controls.
- Actively drive the use of HSE tools, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we would like you to bring
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse, hub, or logistics operations, ideally within project or freight forwarding environments.
- Strong operational and safety management background with hands-on leadership capability.
- Experience using systems and KPIs to manage performance, productivity, and staffing levels.
- Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and operational financial management.
- Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate teams in structured performance environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex operational workflows.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
