Main Responsibilities and Tasks

- Customer support for national trade fairs

- Project-related customer acquisition and support for existing clients

- Preparation of quotations and order acceptance

- Independent handling of logistics and transport by air, sea, and road freight, including creation and verification of the relevant documentation as well as conducting correspondence in English at a professional level

- Independent execution and monitoring of domestic projects, including on-site support

- Transit time monitoring

- Handling of complaints and damage claims

- Billing of forwarding services and project-related monthly closing

- Preparation and analysis of department-relevant data and statistics

- Data maintenance in our sales tool

Required Qualifications and Professional Requirements

- Completed vocational training in logistics or equivalent qualification

- Experience in customer service within a logistics environment

- Basic customs knowledge desirable

- Good English skills (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
