Will be responsible for overseeing + managing our business activities to achieve our business goals by ensuring top class operational efficiency, leading to increasing revenue generation + profit margins.

How you create impact Operational / Tactical duties

  • Receive customer bookings and enter data into the system.
  • Generate and integrate EDI into the system.
  • Assign shipments to transporters according to RL guidelines.
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates in the system.
  • Follow up on shipments to ensure adherence to RL processes.
  • Generate invoices and submit to customers with supporting documents.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure team members perform similar activities to meet SLA and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Act as first and second-level escalation point for assigned customer service issues.

Leadership Responsibility

  • Supervise and guide team to ensure SLA compliance and excellent customer experience.
  • Act as first and second-level escalation point for customer service issues.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to RL guidelines and company processes.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations and billing accuracy.

Financial Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices for services rendered.
  • Validate supporting documents before submitting bills to customers.
  • Monitor billing processes to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support cost control by optimizing transporter assignments and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in resolving billing-related escalations with customers.

Strategic  Responsibility

  • Align operational processes with company strategy and Road Logistics guidelines.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support implementation of digital solutions (e.g., EDI integration) to enhance automation and accuracy.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for cost optimization and SLA compliance.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in Road Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
  • Proven leadership experience within logistics or related operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems, EDI processes, and Microsoft Office applications.
