Are you the type of Semicon Customer Care Specialist who thrives on serving 'High Care' customers? Our Air Logistics Semicon team works with top international High Tech clients in the Netherlands. Kuehne + Nagel is the top player in the Netherlands when it comes to Air Logistics. With four locations in and around Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, our team of approximately 500 people works tirelessly, day and night, 24/7 to manage the international flow of goods. The Air Logistics division consists of two business units: General Cargo and Perishables. The Semicon team is one of the teams within the Air Logistics division. We're currently looking for motivated and experienced Freight Forwarders to join this team, which specializes in the export of Semicon supplies. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the outsourced logistics flow of goods from our clients in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. To excel in this challenging position, we prefer candidates with at least three years of experience as an Air Freight forwarder. This is a full-time position (40 hours) that involves working both day and evening shifts.

How you create impact

• Drafting and issuing instructions related to transport.
• Preparing various documents such as customs transit documents, customs clearance documents, and transport documents.
• Handling routine administrative tasks.
• Processing incoming data, organizing files, and verifying externally prepared documents.
• Collecting and maintaining data for internal networks.

What we would like you to bring

• You possess at least a vocational degree.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in semicon freight forwarding or airfreight industry.
• You are customer service-oriented and able to handle stress effectively. You work well independently and enjoy interacting with customers and transporters.
• You have an excellent command of the English language; Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
