5 Day work week. Processing of import MAWB and HAWB, responsible for set trade-lanes encompassing all aspects of the IATA process. Preferably operational experience in the air freight industry including but not limited to prior experience with warehousing/ airline/ GHA/ freight forwarder Air Import Gateway operations.

How you create impact

• Provide excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data integrity
• Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air import consolidations
• Interact and collaborate closely with the air import departments in the region
• Ensure timely processing and recover cargo from airport; constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation process
• Track & trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularities
• Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal customers
• Maintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations and customer requirements
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, branch, product and company goals
• Responsible for daily updating and monitoring of reporting tools
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
• Support pricing team on rate quotes
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Adherence to internal healthcare guidelines, procedures and minimum requirements as defined in Global Quality

Health Chain Guideline.

• Ensure training compliance as per defined training matrix (yourself + team, as applicable).
• Maintain basic GxP awareness (requirements and applicable guidelines, e.g.. WHO GSDP, EU, GDP, etc.)
