Kuehne + Nagel has implemented a corporate “Document Input Solution” to help business and functional units extend their current automation level in document data capturing, processing and archiving. As “Software Engineer - Document Input Solution” with a keen interest in development, your main objective will be to develop and maintain software following the strategy of the Kuehne+Nagel group. This software development role will incorporate the initial design, development, and writing of code alongside suitable and appropriate testing, by utilizing the latest AI trends and effective implementation 

• 3+ years’ professional experience in software engineering related job, familiar with at least one programming language (C#, Java, python, Go) 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree on Computer Science or IT related major 

• Proven OOP techniques and frameworks usage (.NET, Java, Spring, Hibernate) 

• Knowledge in LLM and AI Utilization in software engineering

• Hands on experience in cloud-native development (e.g. Kubernetes, public cloud)  

• A deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture

   

• Developing new features for globally used enterprise IT solutions, having AI solutions in mind 

• Delivering solutions end-to-end, from solution design to implementing front- and back-end, to deployment 

• Be part of a global team and collaborate with multiple locations (Europe, America, Asia) 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes following agile principles.  

• Create documentation necessary to implement and maintain the delivered solution.
