Ensure the efficient management of operational traffic by actively engaging and supervising drivers at an optimal level. Act as a Front-End Driver Manager, ensuring driver adherence to company requirements.

How you create impact

  • Ensure all orders are communicated to drivers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee driver performance to ensure tasks are executed at an optimal level.
  • Maximize driver utilization for operational efficiency.
  • Enforce driver discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the Transport Management System (TMS) is implemented at the highest standard.
  • Ensure driver payment vouchers are completed on time and updated for HOD verification.
  • Coordinate with EHS to conduct and update driver safety and awareness training in TMS, ensuring weekly training sessions are carried out as scheduled.

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree/diploma in logistics, transportation, or a related field is an advantage).

  • Proven experience in transport coordination, driver management, or logistics operations.

  • Familiarity with traffic control procedures, transport regulations, and compliance requirements.
