How you create impact
- Drive operational excellence, service consistency, and data quality for assigned account(s).
- Proactively improve customer experience through quality checks, system updates, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless execution.
- Review customer and KN processes; update and maintain SOPs and MOPs to reflect current requirements.
- Create, manage, and analyze reports for both client needs and KN operations.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for non-compliances and manage corrective action processes.
- Conduct internal and external performance reviews, including QBRs and annual business reviews.
- Lead client communication and daily reporting as the ISC Control Tower Manager.
- Ensure all Company KPIs and data quality standards are achieved.

What we would like you to bring
- Experience in Sea Logistics, including origin booking processes
- Experience working with large corporate customers
- Strong understanding of the sea freight industry, markets, CFS consolidation, and last‑mile milestone updates
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade/transportation
- Business analytics or supply chain analytics experience is an asset
- Advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Completion of CIFFA, CITT, PLog, or similar transportation‑related training is an asset

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
