Role

To acknowledge and validate invoices based different criteria and cost entry patterns involving internal and external customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Acknowledge invoice using General Work Instruction and applicable country template
• Verification of correct and completeness of charge codes and cost accrual
• Review and Confirm Gross Planning on selected countries/customers
• Able to work with different system environments (Acon and RT) in handling multiple customer and country specifications.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's Graduate/College Level
• With 6 months - 1 year relevant experience (preferably in logistics/finance)
• Analytical & with good judgement
• Customer Service skill
• Basic computer and MS Office applications
• Effective communication skills
• Organization and time management abilities
• Flexible working hours and shift work
