Job Purpose

Execute tasks allocated to RCC team based on the corporate 2.0 Blueprint

Your Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of data entry for assigned tasks (invoicing, cost, supplier invoice acknowledgement, rates upload etc)
• Adherence to our Finance Accounting Policies, driving profitability and cost awareness
• Adherence to approved and latest WI and Country templates
• Ensure agreed KPIs and SLAs are delivered
• Communicate and correspond to all counterparts in timely and professional manner

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's Graduate/College Level
• With 6 months - 1 year relevant experience (preferably in logistics/finance)
• Basic computer and MS Office applications
• Effective communication skills
• Organization and time management abilities
• Flexible working hours and shift work
