We are now seeking to hire “Power Platform & Automation” Developers.

How you create impact

As an Integration & EDI Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions using our Lobster EDI / integration platform, enabling reliable data exchange between internal enterprise systems and external partners worldwide. You will work on EDI and API-based integrations, implement mappings, transformations, and validations, and collaborate closely with business and IT teams to deliver robust solutions that support global supply chain and logistics operations. Through project-based delivery, testing, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to stable, high-quality integrations that power critical business processes. 

What we would like you to bring

 

    • 1–3 years of experience as an Integration Developer, EDI Developer, Middleware Engineer, or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with EDI or integration platforms (Lobster, Seeburger, Mulesoft, Boomi, Axway, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of data integration concepts, messaging, mappings, and transformations
    • Experience working with APIs and connectivity protocols (REST, Web Services, AS2, SFTP, FTP)
    • Familiarity with Low-Code / No-Code integration platforms
    • Experience working in project-based or consulting environments
    • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
    • DevOps mindset (version control, environments, deployment processes)
    • Very good English communication skills

      Nice to Have
    • Experience with supply chain or logistics EDI (orders, ASN, invoices)
    • Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
    • Basic scripting or querying skills (SQL, PowerShell, Python)
    • Exposure to integration testing, monitoring, and production support
    • Prior experience specifically with Lobster (not mandatory)
