When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. But that is not all. Your work also helps ensure that vital medicines reach patients on time and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors. This role sits at the heart of system change and business improvement, ensuring new solutions are thoroughly tested, clearly communicated, and successfully adopted. Working closely with key stakeholders, it supports smooth go-lives, effective user training, and continuous improvement to help drive the business forward. Please note that this is a 2 year fixed term role.

How you create impact

  • Define and execute test scenarios in JIRA to be enable efficient UAT testing of change requests and future implementations
  • Provide support for external testing support with TVS, Leidos, MoD
  • Define, create and update Work Instructions in line with solution delivered
  • Provide on Site Operational support during Go live/Implementations, change request delivery
  • Deliver effective training for OTM to support the onboarding of new employees and upskilling existing employees
  • Provide clear and concise communication where there are any concerns with the solution design being testing
  • Work closely with the relevant parties to understand the solution being delivered
  • Support the Continuous Improvement initiatives being delivered around the business in order to drive the business forward

What we would like you to bring

  • Preferred experience (not essential) of Oracle Transportation Management
  • Experience of working to agreed targets
  • Familiarity with common office software (Microsoft 365, browsers, email clients)
  • Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and problem solving skills
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
