You will be part of our Human Resources team, providing consultancy + advice across all people related topics on either a vertical or geographic basis.

You will champion best practice people related activities + outcomes, working with business/functional unit leaders + their teams with setting of HR strategy + action plans.

Your expertise in employee and HR related matters will be critical as you provide support + advice working alongside the centers of excellence (COE), while at the same time project managing or supporting the roll-out of HR related projects on a regional +/or local basis.

How you create impact

  • To champion all aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring your active involvement in activities to ensure that the lifecycle experience with us is a positive + productive one.
  • To develop + support employee engagement + retention strategies.
  • To build + maintain effective partnerships with internal customers, advising on people management issues, contractual + statutory compliance matters, performance management of disciplinary issues.
  • To facilitate behavioral change in leaders + employees to drive our people + organisational transformation.
  • To support overall communication across the organisation in both English + Local Languages (including but not limited to keeping internal communication platforms up to date + relevant, reviewing or implementing new Working Instructions + Policies).
  • To be actively involved in transferring HR tasks to the Shared Service Team +/or focusing on continuous improvement of HR activities.
  • To provide + analyze people related data either proactively or on demand.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the integrated logistics, freight forwarding, or 4PL industry.
  • Strong industry background; experience from direct competitors or similar logistics environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working as an individual contributor in a senior HRBP capacity.
  • Solid understanding of compensation, benefits, and total rewards structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders and management teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise, challenge, and coach leaders effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Mature, professional approach developed through experience (seniority by exposure, not age).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex business environment while driving people strategy and outcomes.
