How you create impact

Your primary objective is to promote and sell the reefer product services in line with our commercial strategy by engaging potential clients directly, focusing on acquisition of new and retention of existing customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

  • To develop and maintain a pipeline, covering both locally and overseas controlled business.
  • To help drive the field sales and key account management teams, supporting with your knowledge of the reefer and perishable market, as well as reefer equipment capabilities.
  • To work closely with reefer dedicated teams in the Customer Care (CCL) and Operational Care locations (OCC) to ensure operational handling meets the customers’ requirements.
  • To conduct market research and align findings to further define a local product strategy.
  • To closely coordinate with overseas colleagues on sales leads that deliver mutual benefits.
  • To review and recommend where our product can differentiate through local value added services.

What we would like you to bring

  • 3-8 years of experience in Sea Freight Sales or Business Development. Background in perishable or reefer logistics is preferable. Candidates with general Sea Logistics sales experience are also acceptable.
  • Proven strong sales track record with a clear passion for growing and developing the business.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and ambitious, with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and a strong willingness to learn processes and systems.
  • Open to candidates with experience working for carriers, particularly those handling reefer sales.
  • Open to expatriate to apply.
