As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. How you create impact
- To support the assigned project team as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members + providing guidance on projects, career + development.
- To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.
- To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries, plus maintaining all project documentation.
- To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.
What we would like you to bring
- Business proficiency in both English and Korean
- Working based at the Anseong Site
- A relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or customer onboarding within contract logistics, 3PL, or similar sectors.
- Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, and WMS/TMS systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Strong project management skills, including scope, budget, timeline, and risk management.
- Ability to work cross-functional teams, coach project members, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eager to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
