Role

Your primary objective is to standardize the KC operation process through process optimizations by identifying redundant, inefficient steps along with potential flaws in the processes. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance towards KC but also other finance users within ASP for all financial systems (Tradeshift, KNTEA, SCF, High Radius etc.)

Your Responsibilities

  • To understand the end-to-end processes of finance operations within the KC including reporting, tax, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling.
  • To measure and drive productivity improvements for KC processes and work towards standardization.
  • Identify gaps in terms of system usage to drive efficiency + automation.
  • To identify redundant steps in manual processes while identifying improvement areas in terms of systemfeatures.
  • To improve existing training materials, drive change requests + assess automation pipelines raised by respective user group.
  • To lead + support the implementation of process improvement project + finance automation projects.
  • To share and document the transfer of financial knowledge to new team members ensuring a smooth onboarding

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any related accounting course is required
  • P2P end to end - experience managing a team 
  • Experience in driving Global Business Services or Shared Services
  • Motivates a team and has strong leadership skills.
  • Overall finance experience 6 or more years
  • With project management experience 2-3 years
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple stakeholders at the same time 
  • Track record in continuous improvement projects
  • Expert level understanding of JIRA Management Software and RTQ systems.
