Role

You will be responsible for the performance of internal controls related to GL & Reporting and the monitoring and quality reviews of centralized as well as locally performed internal controls. You will work in close collaboration with the KC Finance GL & Reporting teams and with the Global ICS team. You will be responsible that the companies’ control performance an d documentations strictly adhere to the Corporate Finance and Accounting policy, guidelines, and standard procedures to support an accurate financial reporting and safeguarding of assets.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform internal controls for the GL & Reporting function including their documentation in Internal Control System Track (ICST) for the assigned countries
• Review, monitor and feedback on timing and quality of locally and in other KCs performed internal controls for the assigned countries
• Answer requests and follow up related to ICS procedures
• Support with training for ICS policies and procedure, document ICS controls performance in Working Instructions
• Participate in regular meetings with Global and National Finance Teams
• Write and communicate updates to ICS users in the countries
• Maintain and coordinate users in ICST for the assigned countries
• Act as a proxy for other ICS staff during their absence, if applicable

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Qualification as CPA, ACCA, CIA
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Accounting and Reporting working experience in a multinational organisation
• Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in Internal Control
• Excel advanced skills
