This is an excellent opportunity for a driven New-Graduate or Master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz!
The position will be part of the People & Performance team in Milan, working alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Reporting into the** Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist**, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute and make an impact in crafting and safeguarding the KHC culture through attracting, hiring, onboarding and engaging the best talents for the Italian commercial business.

As an intern you will participate to our Young Talent Program taking ownership of projects and working closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. We provide the playing field. Are you up for the challenge?
Main responsibilities:
- Take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our internship program (Young Talent Program);
- Take the full ownership of the internship activation procedure and the onboarding process execution for new joiners,
- Liaise with external partners such as Universities on partnerships and events including career fairs, company presentations and organization of inhouse days;
- Provide support to ad-hoc HR Administration Manager and HRBP tasks;
- Support with the company Fleet activities (invoices, fine management, reporting, spot requests from drivers…)
- Support the Facility management (contact with external suppliers, invoice management…);
- Support with the booking of mandatory trainings for employees
What we expect from you:
- Relevant University Degree (e.g. Human Resources, Business, General Management...)
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Italian languages
- A keen curiosity about talent acquisition and human resources
- Good command of MS office
- EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.
