Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Quality System Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into I laria De Crescenzo, Quality System Leader. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.

Purpose of the job:

Provide proactive support to the Quality System activities of Latina factory.

In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Support in HACCP system elaboration, implementation and review;

  • Putting in place the change control procedure implementation;

  • Support management system gap analyses activities and implementation;

  • Support the Quality System leader in audit activities (i.e. third part, customer, internal, etc.);

  • Scheduling, execution and reporting of internal audit;

  • Support implementation of food safety and quality ways of working, writing and training to the people involved;

  • Management of validation of critical devices according to plan;

  • Log and maintenance of food grade lubricants used at the factory;

  • Implementation of Food Defence Plan (TACCP) and spreading FSQ culture.

Qualifications Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

Hard Skills:

  • MS Office

  • Fluent in English

Background

Food Technology, Biology, Engineering studies;

  • 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Certifications: Internal auditor HACCP, ISO9001:2015, BRC
