Job Description
Group Lead, Business Intelligence – Commercial and Growth
The Group Lead of Business Intelligence will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the Commercial and Growth domains, with a focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Omnichannel Sales, Marketing, and R&D analytics. This leader will oversee the development and execution of advanced business intelligence strategies, tools, and processes to empower teams with actionable insights that optimize performance, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in business intelligence, and a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the Business Intelligence strategy for Commercial (RGM & Omnichannel Sales) and Growth domains.

Partner with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and opportunities where data-driven insights can drive growth and efficiency.

Serve as the subject matter expert for BI tools, methodologies, and best practices within the Commercial and Marketing functions.

Build and maintain BI tools to track and optimize omnichannel sales performance across e-commerce, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Champion the Commercial Analytics Platform and drive, from the BIE side, the strategy and execution of this platform.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI tools and processes.

Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools to empower teams with real-time access to data.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure BI solutions meet user needs.

Provide training and support to teams on BI tools and methodologies.

Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development for team members.

Manage resources and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

7-9 years working directly in BIE, at least 2 years as people manager

Proven track record of leading BI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
