Job Description
As the Consumer Insights Manager for Classico and Taco Bell (retail) brand innovation, you will have the opportunity to directly impact growth in the Taste Elevation BU. In this role, you will be responsible for helping execute the long-term innovation strategy and pipeline on our brands. You will partner with external research partners and internal cross functional teams to drive the front-end innovation process and stage gate process to get to big bet new product launches.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic business partner to brand and marketing teams; shape insight-led strategy and priorities.

Lead consumer research programs (qualitative and quantitative) from design through execution and synthesis.

Provide actionable recommendations rooted in consumer understanding, business context and market dynamics.

Integrate primary and secondary data sources, syndicated tracking, and internal datasets to identify trends and opportunities.

Translate complex findings into concise, compelling narratives and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.

Manage external research partners and vendors as needed; design and execute bespoke research when appropriate.

Navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
-
4+ Years of experience in insights (on either the vendor side or Client side – client side experience preferred).

Has prior experience in innovation insights
-
Proficient in various market research techniques, including both qualitative and quantitative methods; Experience using these tools for innovation development strongly preferred.

Experience working with both primary and secondary data sources
-
Proficient in syndicated research tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, Mintel, etc).

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
