Job Description
Job Title: KHMS Coach Location: GCC Ahmedabad/ GCC Mexico Department: GBS KHMS Reports To: GBS Group Lead About the Role As a KHMS Coach, you will play a pivotal role in deploying the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) across the organization.
Your mission is to foster an Operational Excellence mindset, build capabilities, and enable sustainable transformation through hands-on coaching and structured methodologies.
This role is critical to embedding continuous improvement behaviors and driving measurable performance improvements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Drive KHMS Deployment: Lead the rollout of KHMS across functions, ensuring alignment with Kraft Heinz’s Operational Excellence strategy.
- Coach Across Organizational Levels: Provide hands-on coaching to leaders and teams, enabling adoption of Lean principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement behaviors.
- Capability Building: Design and deliver training programs using the ‘Learn, Do, Teach’ methodology to build internal capabilities for sustained excellence.
- Performance Evaluation & Bottleneck Identification: Analyze operational data to assess current performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Project Management & Execution: Lead and support Continuous Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Change Management Enablement: Facilitate change adoption by applying structured change management approaches and fostering resilience across teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to embed KHMS initiatives into daily operations and strategic planning.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Passion for Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
- Understanding of end-to-end processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to Retire). (Optional)
- Practical experience in project management and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
- Affinity with data analytics and IT tools.
Experience: in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Scope of Work

Team-Level Coaching: Implement practical problem-solving tools, performance drumbeat, and methods such as Day Start, Week Review, 90-Day Plans, and Working Standards.

Apply tools like Value Stream Mapping, Initial Problem Analysis, KANO, and Customer Journey Mapping, TIMWOODS.

Tower-Level Coaching: Set direction and structure for Towers, align with GBS strategy, and define operational handbooks (Service Catalogue, Process Taxonomy, SOPs, Meeting Standards).

Post-Deployment: Drive further improvements through projects and daily work, deliver central training and certifications (Lean DMAIC, Continuous Improvement belts).
