Senior Engineer, Copilot Platform at a glance...

You will combine expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem with strong software development and business process skills to design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot technology that drive productivity, automation, and digital transformation for our organization.

What's on the menu?

  • Design and develop AI agents, custom connectors, and workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to address specific business challenges.

  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, including the Microsoft Graph, to provide agents with contextual information.

  • Utilize other Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and AI Builder, to create more intelligent and automated solutions.

  • Develop and enforce AI governance policies, including responsible use, data handling, and lifecycle management for prompts, connectors, and plugins.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements.

  • Create training materials, documentation, and prompt libraries to drive user adoption and increase productivity.

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, conducting workshops and demos to demonstrate the value of Copilot solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • I have proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure AI services.

  • I have experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation and integration.

  • I have a strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), conversational AI design, and prompt engineering.

  • I have excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • I have strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$102,100.00 - $127,600.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
