Job Description
Mission
- The Value Creation & Sustainability Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance value across the procurement ecosystem while advancing the company’s sustainability.
Activities
- Develop data-driven business cases that support long-term procurement strategy, including cost modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments.
- Partner with Category Managers to integrate sustainability metrics into sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor industry trends, commodity markets, and innovation pipelines relevant to procurement and sustainability.
- Support development and execution of the company’s sustainable procurement roadmap aligned with KH goals.
Knowledge & Experience

3–7 years’ experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Value Creation roles—preferably within CPG or manufacturing.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.

Advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, and presentation tools(Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint).

Business fluent Spanish and English.
