Job Description

Mission

  • The Value Creation & Sustainability Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance value across the procurement ecosystem while advancing the company’s sustainability.

Activities

  • Develop data-driven business cases that support long-term procurement strategy, including cost modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Partner with Category Managers to integrate sustainability metrics into sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
  • Monitor industry trends, commodity markets, and innovation pipelines relevant to procurement and sustainability.
  • Support development and execution of the company’s sustainable procurement roadmap aligned with KH goals.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 3–7 years’ experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Value Creation roles—preferably within CPG or manufacturing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, and presentation tools(Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint).

  • Business fluent Spanish and English.
